What is the origin of the blue chair in Nice?

The Blue Chair has made the legend of the Promenade des Anglais, Nice and the Côte d'Azur . It was manufactured by Charles Tordo , with the desire to create a robust and durable armchair for the seaside and gardens, Mr. Jacques Ballanger called on all the ingenuity of the Tourrettan inventor to succeed in creating this special chair. This chair was created in 1948.
