Traditional fondants

Small sugar candies that bring back childhood memories for many.

Fondant is, basically, a syrup made of sugar and glucose beaten at high speed. We thus obtain a creamy white paste: fondant paste. This dough will then be worked, colored, flavored with vanilla, strawberry, orange, lemon and pear . Finally, it will be covered with a thin layer of sugar.

All shipments of our products sold by weight are made with boxes.
