Description
Soft nougats from Montélimar , handcrafted in a cauldron. Made with 30% lavender honey, 30% almonds and 3% pistachios. Presentation of soft nougat in papillotes.
It was in 1730 that the first trace of white nougat appeared in Provence . From the slow cooking of sugar and honey, with almonds, pistachios or hazelnuts added and mixed with egg whites whipped until stiff at the end of cooking, this wonderful confectionery will be born: white nougat. Hard or soft, with candied fruit or other delicacies, all daring options are possible to delight the eye and the palate.
