Candied oranges and lemons coated with chocolate

The candied oranges and lemons with two chocolates are made with candied orange and lemon peels cut into cubes and macerated in orange and lemon essential oil , dressed with a tender almond paste . They are then coated with two chocolates: dark chocolate and white chocolate tinted orange and yellow .
