Description
Exceptional black truffle risotto, from Piedmont , a region cultivated since the 17th century.
Gourmet pairings that we recommend: This one is to be enjoyed with meat, chicken or fish. Before serving, pour in some good olive oil (or truffle oil) and a handful of parmesan.
Preparation tips: Brown the contents of the packet for a few minutes over moderate heat in a saucepan with a tablespoon of oil. Mix and add white wine until absorbed. Gradually pour 650ml of hot water and reduce while mixing until you obtain the desired consistency (around 16 min). When the rice is almost cooked, add a knob of butter, Parmigiano Reggiano and salt.

- Ingredients: Carnaroli superfine rice 92%, glutamate-free vegetable seasoning (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, spices, flavorings natural), onion, garlic, dried black summer truffle in slices 0.5%, aroma.
